Company formation prodecure?
i want to register a limited company (Educational website). What are the procedures and what should i be aware of (cost, fees, form, returns etc.)
I want to register ASAP so i can secure the name in the directory.
At the moment i am in the developing stage of my project.According to my Business plan i wont be expecting any profits in the first 6 months.
please bear in mind im am a student so i will need ways to keep the cost down.
